asked questions

How long is the course?

This is a 80+ minute mini course designed for Black women who may not have the time to sit for a four hour full course because we are juggling life family academia and all the things. You can finish it in one sitting or start and stop in between work.

Do I have lifetime access?

Yes. Once you enroll, the course is yours forever. That includes every future update, added lesson, and bonus resource — no expiration, no renewal.

Is this therapy?

No. This is psychological education — a compassionate framework to help you name what you're feeling. It is not a substitute for therapy or clinical care, but many women use it alongside their existing support.

Can I watch on my phone?

Absolutely. The course streams beautifully on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or TV. Watch during your commute, in bed, or wherever you feel safest.

Ready to begin?

You've been carrying so much, for so long. Let this be the moment you set something down — and pick yourself back up.
